Privacy policy
Last updated: 14 August 2026
This page describes how {entity} handles the details you give us on this website. It covers what we ask for, what we do with it, how long we keep it, and how you can have it changed or removed. It applies to this website and to any enquiry sent from it.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect the details you type into it: your name, your phone number, and — where the form asks for them — your email address, your country dialling code and your message.
We also record which project or location the enquiry was about, and which page and campaign you arrived from. You do not have to give us anything else, and we do not ask for financial information on this website.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry: to call, message or email you about the project you asked about, to share plans, pricing and availability, and to arrange a site visit if you want one.
Where you have given consent on the enquiry form, we may also contact you about other projects and offers from {entity}. That consent is recorded with your enquiry, and it is yours to withdraw at any time.
The permission you give on the form
The tick on the enquiry form is you asking {entity} and its authorised representatives to get in touch by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp. It applies even if your number is registered with DNC or NDNC, which is why we ask for it explicitly rather than assuming it.
The box can be unticked, and then the form will not send — we would rather lose the enquiry than hold a permission you did not give. You can withdraw it afterwards by writing to the address at the end of this page, and we will stop contacting you.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is handled by our own sales team. Where {entity} is an authorised channel partner rather than the developer, the enquiry is also shared with the developer of the project you asked about, so that they can service it.
We use service providers for hosting, messaging and analytics who process this information on our instructions only. We do not sell your details to anyone.
Cookies, analytics and website recording
This website measures how it is used — which pages are visited, which campaign brought you here, and how visits progress — and it records browsing sessions so we can see where the site is confusing or broken. Those recordings capture pages viewed and interactions such as clicks and scrolling; they do not capture what you type into fields other than the enquiry form you submit.
We also run advertising tags from platforms such as Google and Meta, which allow us to measure our campaigns and show you our advertising elsewhere. You can block these through your browser settings without losing access to any part of this website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we are in contact with you about a purchase, and for three years from your last enquiry, after which they are deleted after our last contact, so that we can answer questions about what was discussed.
After that, records are deleted or anonymised. Where a transaction has completed, we keep what the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. Write to the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you may raise it with the relevant data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle enquiries, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. The version on this page is the one that applies.
